Submission / Format

Format
Each paper for submission should be formatted in single-space double column A4 page size and is limited to 10 pages in length, including references and figures. A LaTeX template and an example MS Word document are available for download. [LaTeX tmpl][MS Word tmpl]

Short paper : 4 pages
Poster : 2 pages

In order to provide a fair review of all submitted papers, the review process will be double-blind. The paper itself should not include the authors' identity. Instead, the authors' information will be submitted through the electronic submission system (details to be announced later).

Submission Guidelines
All reviewing will be double-blind, so the paper must not include any information which allows the authors to be identified. Work by the same authors should be cited in the third person. For instance, "In [4], we proposed ..." should be changed to "In [4], Smith and Jones proposed ...".

The steps for submitting a paper are:
1. After you have written your paper, remove the author names, affiliations and any information that allows the authors to be identified from your paper.

2. Generate a PDF file of the paper.

3. If you want to submit video demos, or extra materials, contact to gjkim@korea.ac.kr with your paper submission number.

4. Submit the paper, the ZIP file with video demos (if any), and the author information through the JEMS electronic submission system.
